Jeanne Hartnett & Associates, Incorporated, an Illinois corporation and Women's Business Enterprise, was formed in 1969, to serve as consultants to architects and developers. Over the past three decades, the firm has developed a notable client list, providing services related to interior design and project management.

JHA serves as a team member of the architect's staff, consulting under the Project Manager with their client for programming data, budget development and FF&E selections appropriate to the building design and purpose. From JHA's inception to present date, here are some of the firms with whom we have collaborated:

JHA works with the developer to establish building standard interior finishes and budgets based on a proposed design theme appropriate to the specifics of the building's character and function. These are often developed within a presentation form for submission to financial entities.
