125 S. Wacker Drive is a prime example of JHA's ability to renovate public space to bring it to the level of an "A" building. Both lobby and tenant floors were updated from the 1970s through the use of wood paneling, cove and accent lighting while maintaining two thirds of the original marble floor with newly designed marble inserts.

The owners of this suburban office complex wanted a less austere look for the third new addition to the complex, a more intimate and inviting space. JHA collaborated with the architects, providing a design which incorporates polished and flamed stella rosa granite sapele pomele wood panels trimmed in bronze with coordinated carpet. Classic furniture elements and plants were added as a final enhancement.
