A major New York law firm test-fit a number of buildings for their first move in 30 years. JHA was assigned the task of programming 87,000 square feet, finding the right fit, and providing a design concept to suit a newer image while reflecting the firm's personal style. By utilizing a traditional color scheme within a modern architectural context of mahogany, chrome and marble, just the right note was struck for an old line firm whose newest partner was a former mayor of the city of New York.
