Developers have chosen JHA to assist in the planning and design of communities which are respectfully formulated to address the needs of residents 55 and older. While some of these communities have been in place for a number of years (mostly in warmer climates), due to demographics indicating an aging population, they are now more in demand in major urban areas. Some also provide assisted living facilities and wellness centers for residents.
